4-WEEK BEGINNING MINDFULNESS MEDITATION COURSE
This 4-week course is the perfect way to start a mindfulness practice. Foundational components of mindfulness are explored, different “gateways” into mindfulness practice are guided, and there is an opportunity for questions, discussion and individual considerations. The relationship between mindfulness practice, stress reduction and wellness is highlighted throughout. Pre-registration only.
