Hike Long Island: Uplands Farm Sanctuary

This trail is more of a heart-rate riser! We will begin at the Uplands Farm Sanctuary and make our way up the steep slopes of Cold Spring Harbor State Park. Not only is it good exercise but we will be rewarded with the incredible view of Cold Spring Harbor from above.
What to bring/further instructions:
- Please dress warm and wear layers
- Hiking boots or sneakers with high socks (in case ticks are of concern)
- Bug spray (I will have extra)
- Hat/sunglasses
- Water bottle/snack
- Binoculars (if you have)
