Single classes intended for those with some prior meditation experience.
Classes are often themed and include a brief talk on a selected aspect of mindfulness to encourage a deeper exploration of the practice. Guided practices include: sitting meditation, walking meditation, body scan, mindful yoga, mindful self- compassion (MSC), loving-kindness, yoga nidra, and mindful inquiry.
